When I began treatment at the Rutherford Spine and Wellness Clinic I had dull pain in my back and neck all the time and sharp pains with certain movements quite often. After my treatments began, the soreness (especially in my neck) got worse. But after a few visits and stick with the program, I feel like a new person. I can finally exercise again and my general movements are comfortable. I still occasionally get a little sore but I think that’s just life.
